So today I walked for 5 min warm up, ran for 35 minutes and finished with a 4 min cool down. I still am not up to 3 miles but I am getting closer. I am still debating about signing up for a 5k this fall. I just don't know if I can actually run a whole 3 miles.
It felt really good running tonight too. it is cool out. I didn't feel out of breath at all. I was tired near the end but that is the longest I have ever ran.
I am still working on doing 28 day boot camp. I really need to. I seem to loose weight a little better when I do some strength training.
