Thanks to Abe Lincoln for the quote, I've been thinking about how I can achieve my goals and i realized that maybe I should only set daily goals instead of large goals *cough10dayjuicefastcough* because then I don't feel so much pressure and failure when I don't follow through. I was proud of myself that I made it 24 hours with the Juice fast..however, I'm not too proud of my food choices since then. I'm becoming a junk food vegetarian..which does not physically feel good. So I'm setting my daily goals complete with what I am going to eat and drink and physical activity I hope to do. ALso, for you lovely readers who are bored and want to read, i will track through this blog of my successes and failures to hopefully hold myself accountable. So here are the goals that I am setting:

*30oz of Fresh Juice
*60oz Water
*30 minutes physical activity
*Less junk food :)

Tuesday's Specific Goals:

Breakfast:
Kale, apple, strawberry juice blended with banana ( or just banana separately)
small bowl of oatmeal
hot tea

Lunch:
PB & J sandwich on whole wheat bread thin
Apple
Carrots

Snack:
Trail mix

Dinner:
Boca Burger
Mean Green Juice
roasted brussel sprouts

I'm sure the calories are low but I will figure it out...

Physical Activity: 6 week 6pack Jillian michaels or Yoga Meltdown...i hope i don't die haha

Alright, here it is! So according to Mr. Lincoln my goal is halfway reached because it is set :)

On another note, I would like to put a shout out to my hubby (though he won't read this) he was such a support and is still all for the juicing. I love seeing him somewhat passionate about something..support is very much key to weight loss, and I couldn't imagine not having any support in my life....

    Thanks for this quote and reflection. I went way off yesterday and today. What was I thinking setting out to do a 30 Day Juice Fast (previously made it 21 days years ago). Now I will share my fall and revise this goal for the rest of the month.

We just have to 'keep swimming, just keep swimming...' (A Finding Nemo fan :-)

    i know it is easy to reach a goal when i think about what i need to reach the goal. when i make extreme goals out of frustration, i never reach them.
1 goal is to plan suppers better. that tends to be my calorie issue.
