sorry I haven't been on lately :(

Hi Everybody.
Sorry I haven't been keeping up with Spark. We moved and things were busy .

So here's my up date. I got another fill , I'm at 8cc's or so now. I feel more restriction , good and no so good thing, lol. I lost some but now this morning I was bk upto 300 ( on my scale) Trying not to let it bother me and keep exercising and cutting my eating down. It has been only a few weeks , this is the 2nd week after my fill so I'm gonna try to cut myself a break.
I'm just happy I didn't gain more while I was getting bk to my sweet spot( gained 5lbs about)
I'm doing my yoga everyday. Need to get on the treadmill more thou. I feel alot better when i do my yoga (yogamazing /podcast) Love it !! Hubby likes his job /been working there about 2 months. Liking the move alot ( Arlington Heights area) It's alot more lively out here and I don't get looked at for walking with a cane - it bothered me when someone would wait to hold the door for me even when I said thnx but no thnx . I know they might of done it to nice but no is no. Anyway it's alot better here, so far we're staying in the area for awhile but next yr we're moving to a town house yah!! pool ect
More room , up dated more and bk to 2 bathrooms !! Yah!! And we might have a extra bdrm for sleep overs / exercise, game rm. We always wanted that.
I can walk the doggies by myself for a block or so. Clean the house and do errands by myself. I also have been doing the grocery shopping while they r at work, hubby and daughter
So things r ok but there is room for doing better and more. I also had foot surgery so now I have metal in my bk and my ankle , lol
Had it in feb . Still heeling at least now I can do yoga.
Hope everybody is doing good with their bands . I'm so grateful for mine.

    Hi Teri
Thnx for dropping by. I was going tp visit ur SP but need to find out how with the i pad anyway hope ur feeling better soon. And ur construction goes smooth. Don't stress about the few lbs that came bk , ( need to do the same ) cause it will come bk off in time plus more. I've been eating more veggies and fruits and taking fiber pills .

    I know what you mean. I haven't been spending time on SP either due to house construction and I have been sick too. Gained some weight back too. Glad you are enjoying your new inviroment so much. Sounds like a nice place. I hope you foot heals fast and without too much pain. Yoga is a good stress reducer and wish I could get classes again but my gym stopped doing them.
