New School Year Means Abandoning Good Habits!? I Think Not...

Well, a new school year has come which usually means for me to abandon any good eating and exercise habits that I have developed over the summer. Not this year. This year will be different. I do love my job however I am not willing to give up being healthy for it. See I tend to drop my habits for correcting, stressing over job, extra sleep, and running my kids to their activities. All of these are important but I am not willing to let them rule my health! Perfect example is today. I overate and feel aweful right now. The reason behind this is because I am thinking of starting work tomorrow and I am already stressing out about it! This is not going to continue!!
I am making my health a priority. When the day started today I felt great - I got up at 6am and exercised and felt great about it. However, the stress eating about my career end now. It cannot and will not take control!! I will!!
I am hoping by blogging I will be able to see any patterns when the school year is in progress. Awareness and education is key to success! Till next time...

    I find that I have the same issues when school starts...I stress out over homework, housework, sports schedules, and my work schedule & hubby's work schedule. To relieve the stress, I just throw my good eating and exercising habits away! Then, I end up feeling guilty and miserable! I'm going to work on that with you this school year!
