You should look at it as if you have off for the holiday it is nice that others do too. You can take a walk or do some of the Spark fitness exercises. I do my own workouts and don't go to the gym now. I burn more calories than I eat but I can't eat that much food. Stay healthy, happy and love life. God bless you always.
