I went up Everton Terrace today as part of Mish Fitness today and Oh My Lord I thought my calves were going to mutiny on me altogether and leave! But I got to the top of the hill and finished the fitness program, so me!
Had a great weekend, saw Mum and Dad for Fathers Day and was lovely. I would love to work 4 days a week and have a 3 day weekend, would be so cool.
Started the Bear Lake Virtual Hike yesterday and it is going to be really fun. Got the old pedometer working and racking up the mileage.
Anyhoo it's the start of a new week and I have to go cook the weeks meals so that they are heat and eats.
A cyclist gave me a wee trick once.. everytime you pedal one leg count one, two, up to seven then change legs. You begin to focus on the count and forget how it hurts, or how far to go. Ive never tried it walking thou.... 1996 days ago
