I was just thinking that maybe I am a drag to the A Team since I did not lose the 5% that is our goal. Just doing the challenge does keep me better focused and really striving to get as much exercise as possible.
Then I have read of SP members who have been on plateaus for 4 to 6 months, but finally start losing again. So I have tried to walk a little faster, soon hope to walk a little farther, get some other exercises worked in, and make that stationary bike go faster yet.
Guess I had better check to see if I am signed up for the next challenge!
