It is just what you need to support your efforts to develop and maintain healthy choices. I am just about to complete the Summer 5% Challenge, and I am so glad I gave it a go. Each week we focused on a different healthy lifestyle habit, and it gave me the opportunity to challenge myself to more consistently follow it, thus making it more likely to be a lifetime habit - the result I am looking for. I haven't reached perfect, but I am making progress. This challenge has helped me maintain motivation and not give up. I have never stuck with a program as long as I have with SP, and I really believe that participating in these 5% Challenges has been the tipping point.
