I ATE CRAP THIS WEEK! I feel kinda guilty

I ate Chinese food a few days ago and I bloated for a few days and then I dropped 2 lbs. I ate over my calories for the last 5 days. Today I had a huge burger and fries and candy galore. I feel pretty bad about it, but I tracked it all and I burned about 800 or so calories exercising like crazy today. I dont know what has gotten into me, but I am starting to feel scared of myself and my choices. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 and a half months and I want to keep losing. Maybe I am getting too confident or something, but I need to TIGHTEN THE REINS! Tomorrow I will eat 1300 calories and continue my exercises (which I have been doing daily regardless of my food choices). I know I probably needed to shake up my metabolism, but it is starting to get out of hand. I am proud of myself for tracking anyway and exercising alot, but my diet needs some major help.     Good job- you know you went over, ate badly, feel guilty...now let it go and get right back on the wagon. You can do it!

    You may have eaten lots of crap, but at least you kept moving, so you burned some of it off. We all have days or weeks like that. It's all in the past. Time to move forward.

    You should be proud of yourself for tracking but also for seeing the changes taking place. Sometimes our bodies test us to see if we will go back to the old ways. You started but put the brakes on so be happy with yourself. Tomorrow is a new day and you will exercise and eat 1300 calories. emoticon
