I ate Chinese food a few days ago and I bloated for a few days and then I dropped 2 lbs. I ate over my calories for the last 5 days. Today I had a huge burger and fries and candy galore. I feel pretty bad about it, but I tracked it all and I burned about 800 or so calories exercising like crazy today. I dont know what has gotten into me, but I am starting to feel scared of myself and my choices. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 and a half months and I want to keep losing. Maybe I am getting too confident or something, but I need to TIGHTEN THE REINS! Tomorrow I will eat 1300 calories and continue my exercises (which I have been doing daily regardless of my food choices). I know I probably needed to shake up my metabolism, but it is starting to get out of hand. I am proud of myself for tracking anyway and exercising alot, but my diet needs some major help.
