It has been way to long since I have really been on here. I'm getting back into action! Now I'm just trying to figure out when to work out with my busy schedule. I'm going to a part time night nursing program and going to Bridgewater State during the day to get my bio med major and babysitting for various people. I'm looking forward to coming up with plan I can stick to everyday to get in the best shape possible. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good dvd workout program I can do. I'm thinking if I get into a program it will keep me going but I'm not sure which one will be right for me, I need one that is easy on my knees. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
