Nothing yet today...but wait till the kids go to bed!

I haven't done any exercise today...but I am ready to do something after they go to bed! Don't know if I am going to do Jillian (scary) or Bob with BL Yoga (still scary just not as much). Either way I plan to do one or the other tonight! Instead of doing something while the kids napped, I curled up with them and napped...it was good for the soul and has me ready to go now :-)

I watched Jillian's Ripped in 30 and got nervous...I never really did good on her 30 day shred, but wanted to add to my collection...and since I have been doing good at the gym I figured it wouldn't hurt to get something that I wanted.

Yesterday's run put me: You have walked 4.2 miles.
You have passed Bywater.
It is 2.8 miles to the next landmark.
You have 453.8 miles to reach Rivendell.

I love having a trackable walking goal like this. It makes the walk so much more fun. I think I might hop on the elliptical again this upcoming week...I am scared after the first day on there.

Well, time to call the hubby than put the kids down...

    I envy you for having the willpower to say, "Ok the kids are taking a nap...now im gonna take a nap too"....I try, the only thing that goes through my head is, "i got this to do and thhat to do and it will be soooo much easier if he's asleep...that way i know he wont cry or need me for anything"....I have 2 boys, and my oldest is in school and my youngest still takes naps and i know that i really should take one too if i need it....but i feel sooo guilty cause i lose that 1hr or so of the day, when i should be doing sumthg productive....my hubby works long hours, sumtimes 14-16 hrs a day and so i am the primary care giver for my boys...they are never away from me and i feel it too LOL...i have tried to do yoga to relax myself my son...i tried it a few times shortly b/f nap time and it hasnt worked for me....if u have any suggestions, they wld be greatly appreciated LOL emoticon emoticon emoticon
