Last Week of the Summer 5% Challenge

Well, here it is the last week of the challenge. This challenge has been interesting and hard for me. I haven't been able to reach my 5% goal. Actually I have gained. But I have paid more attention to what I am eating and counting my calories. I love to exercise (Zumba up to 6 days a week) and have been able to maintain the 120 minutes everyday. This is a good challenge and even though the weight did not come off, I am going to do the Fall 5% Challenge which will hopefully be more successful weight wise.     Even if you gained on this challenge, you developed a routine for active living and that is more important. You will do well in the fall challenge as the pace slows down. That is my hope anyway as I remain static in this challenge as well.

    awesome that you love zumba..yeah i am exercising more then ever and i do love it.it tones and helps with stress and just all around strength..but i have to start paying close attention to my calories because the scale is not moving past a certain range up and down....i went on that team you suggested but it seemed confusing..or maybe its just me not clicking on the right links?? if you have a chance let me know exactly what the fall challenge is or where the exact link with the details of what to do are..thanks! and love to see that you are blogging again!

    I have signed up for the Fall challenge too. Like you I did not reach my 5% but I did enjoy the challenge.
