About 8 weeks ago, THETURTLEBEAR invited me to join the 5% challenge. I had seen that she and Teresa159 were both part of the spring challenge, and thought it might be cool. Am I ever glad I did! And for several reasons. The top reason, however, is because I felt accountable to my teammates to get those fitness minutes in every day (well, most every day). Fitness minutes are the one thing you track consistently each week. I wanted my team to win (even though we haven't yet)! But, we were really ALL winners. At least the people who got those fitness minutes in. For me, that is the most important key to weight loss.
