A Step in the Right Direction...

So, it's only been 2 weeks since I "restarted" my journey... and I've got to admit, I haven't been "perfect" w/ my eating... but I have stayed w/in my nutrition goals every single day. I could easily have made some "better" choices, but I'm definitely eating better than I have been doing over the past couple of months!

Anyway... I have made some small moves in the right direction... and here's what I've done in just 2 weeks:

Weight: 0.04 lb. lost

Body fat %: 0.07% lost

Upper arms: 0.5 in. lost

Chest: no change

Waist: no change

Hips: 0.25 in. lost

Thighs: 0.25 in. lost

Calves: 0.25 in. lost

I know it's not much, considering all of the damage that I've done over the past couple of months, but it is progress, even if it's minimal! I plan to start working out this month too, and buckle down a little more on my eating as well. So, hopefully next month, I'll have much better results to report!
