Doing better

I'm doing better with what I eat but am having a hard time finding time to put it in my nutrition tracker. I hope that gets better,small steps are better than no steps.

    Perhaps writing them down during the day may help so that you can put it at the end of the day or every few days and work out how well you did and what you may need to change.

    Our health (and happiness) is too important not to make the time. We set aside so much time for things that are much less important, we have to make ourselves a priority.

    Good for you! I try and track my day the night before, or first thing in the morning. It's then pretty easy to tweak things as I go if I change my plan. I've also got my tracker set up with groupings of foods I eat together a lot (oatmeal with coconut milk and raisins; a dinner salad; veggies and hummus) so that's pretty quick. Good luck!
