So I am starting my second week. I have amazed myself by continuing to log in and track my food and I am starting to ....drum roll please...EXERCISE! Chose walking and basic moves so I don't get overwhelmed. Also attempting one yoga pose each day.I am feeling so much better emotionally. I think it's in response to the effort I am making cause I have only lost 2 pounds so far. Well, here I go into the unknown and hoping that each day these things become more natural to me.
