So much to learn...er...uh...I mean unlearn

So I am starting my second week. I have amazed myself by continuing to log in and track my food and I am starting to ....drum roll please...EXERCISE! Chose walking and basic moves so I don't get overwhelmed. Also attempting one yoga pose each day.I am feeling so much better emotionally. I think it's in response to the effort I am making cause I have only lost 2 pounds so far. Well, here I go into the unknown and hoping that each day these things become more natural to me.

    I'm having the same response to Sparkpeople. It really helps keep you on track, motivated, inspired, educated and all the rest. I started a diet that has now changed to a burning desire to live a healthy lifestyle for LIFE! I went from a "Do I have to" walk to starting to fantasize about jogging. The day will come soon that I will go there but for now I am trying not to mess things up with too much, too soon.

    Two pounds is awesome! Take a look at two pounds of butter and remember you have just removed that from your body!
Any loss is always better then a gain!
