C: Cardio (20 minutes/day) 5 points per 20 minutes, max 15 points/day
1: Leave a comment on 1 fellow BLC'ers page 5 points per comment, max 10 points/day
7: 7 cups of water a day 5 points

Day one (Friday) - emoticon I earned 50 points.
Day two (Sat) - no strength training so I earned 35 points
Day three (Sun) - uhoh! casino and shopping instead of exercise - 10 points
