Today I finally removed the cellophane from my 10 min Fit, Firm &Fired Up DVD. Woo Hoo! It wasn't bad at all and I was surprised it was over so quick.
I am on day 20 of keeping a food diary using a small notebook, today I started using both my food diary and the Sparkpeople tracker so I can see the nutrition amounts. I think that will help me alot since I will be able t.o see if I need to eat more or stop eating for the day. I do plan my meals in the morning so I pretty much know what I am going to eat for each meal but things can change and I want to be flexible without feeling like I am messing up.
I also walked down to my nephews house to borrow a lawn mower but his isnt working so tomorrow I am gonna check out the pawn shop. My lawn is small and I've been paying to have it mowed. Another 10 min of exercise! Woo Hoo!
Overall I feel like I am on an upward spiral, yay me!
