My NEW bucket list ~

emoticonWalk everyday...inside or outside.....(Progressing well!)

emoticonDrink lots of water....has been a hard one all my life....but here I go...(still a struggle but trying)

emoticonStretch every day...(Always)

emoticonBuy a new pair of walking shoes...(Done!)

emoticonWeigh myself only once a week....(yup...)

emoticonKeep my potassium levels up and track food daily!!!!!(Doing OK...but can do better)

So as I look at this list....I ask myself..."Lyn, what's so darn hard about committing to it?"
I will look in the mirror at the end of each day and NOT lie to myself, or gloss over things...and forgive myself if I DO goof up....knowing that I CAN and I WILL do better the next day.

    I love your 'bucket list' Lyn and you're so right . . . when I look over mine I think "this is not so hard so just DO IT!"
