Still trying to figure out how this works and the easiest way to get to this page.
Feel full hrs after eating cereal bkfst. Not that I couldn't eat more but still have that bloated feeling.
Post lunch - feeling full but refuse urge to snack. some stomach rumbling. Ate leftover swiss chard, that could be it. Hopefully won't get more at the FM.
