EPC 3 - Day 29 & 30 (8/30, 8/31)

Just to reflect on the past month, I have stayed more accountable when I thought I wanted to cheat myself and not track everything, so that is positive! I could have exercised more this month, I think I started to slack a bit. And I FINALLY can say I accomplished my Motivation/Organization goal and cleaned my room! Yahhh!

:::UPDATE:::: Day 29

**Nutrition: 1508. But I can honestly say I did not track everything, and could have made better decisions eating wise. Blahh

**Fitness: Totally lost track/confused myself with the week, I guess it should be 5? Who knows!? But I motivated myself to do JM Week 3 Ripped workout and Week 1 on 6 Week 6Pack..holla for getting back to ST!

**Motivation: Still clean, need to do some last minute putting away before the first day of school!

:::UPDATE::: Day 30

**Nutrition: Stayed within my calories, 1399, did awesome!

**Fitness: Week 5 - Went for a run today///4.25 mi but had to walk some of it!

**Motivation: Finally gave my sister a bag of clothes, only one more to get out of my house!

On a POSITIVE note: Took Bean (my niece)to the park today, she had LOADS of fun =)

I am GRATEFUL for: keeping organized ;) i love it!
