W3D4 of 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Program

Okay, I found out today that I was doing the program a bit wrong. For today it was walk 3 minutes and jog 2 minutes = 5 minute cycles. Do this 6 times. 5x6=30. Well, I just noticed today that the total time is 36 minutes. I didn't realize it accounts for warm up and/or cool down periods. Here I have been doing the full time as part of the cycles. So tonight I actually did 7 cycles and walked the remaining one minute. I need to read and pay attention a bit more! The good news is that I was doing more rather than less. I am getting closer to that 3.1 miles. I made 2.8 in the 36 minutes tonight. Feels good.
