You've done great today with your eating. However, it's 7 p.m. and you're sitting on the couch. THIS could get dangerous.
This is the time of day when you usually stuff your face with tortilla chips and salsa, Hershey bars and peanut butter, and/or cookies if you've got them. You tell yourself "oh well, I'll do better tomorrow." Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.
Also, at this time, you're usually talking yourself into exercising. You tell yourself that you just ate all those chips/chocolate/cookies and you've just "got to." Then, Hell's Kitchen or some other program you just can't miss (even though you're watching it on the DVR) comes on and you're evening exercise consists on getting up and down to let the dog in and out.
DO NOT DO THAT NOW! GET UP and start that video you've been thinking about all day. It's 20 minutes. TWENTY FREAKING MINUTES!
Right now. Get up. DO IT!! Go....
