Slacking off this summer...

As the weather warmed up I became too relaxed with regards to food tracking and eating in general. In the last several weeks I have been binge eating due to stress. I am going to try to ease myself back into tracking daily. I am expanding my daily calorie range to a high of 2000 so that I can just get used to tracking again, but still feel successful at the end of the day by reaching my calorie goals. Once I'm back int the groove then I will work on portion control etc.

    Seems like we have been reading the same book! Summer is gone and August just slipped by. Let's get back on the track and move forward! Cheers! We can do this! emoticon emoticon
