As the weather warmed up I became too relaxed with regards to food tracking and eating in general. In the last several weeks I have been binge eating due to stress. I am going to try to ease myself back into tracking daily. I am expanding my daily calorie range to a high of 2000 so that I can just get used to tracking again, but still feel successful at the end of the day by reaching my calorie goals. Once I'm back int the groove then I will work on portion control etc.
