Today is the first day since the 21st I have done any exercise. It felt good and I didn't feel like I was at square one. My knee still feels a little wobbly but I did strength training on chest and back. I should have started back up sooner but I sort of floundered on what to do. Finally today I told myself I was going back to doing P90X. I need the structure. Then I thought the whole reason I stopped P90X because I was bored with it. SO I came up with the idea to take out the P90X DVDs I can do without involving too much knee movement and my other workout DVDs pick one without looking and do that for the day. I don't know why I didn't think of doing it sooner, takes the guessing out of what to do :) I still have 8 Zumba classes, but I'm not jumping on that again until my knee is A LOT better.
