My goal date is quickly approaching! I had wanted to lose 25 lbs. by September 1st. This past week, I had to admit, that was not going to happen, so I set a new goal for myself. So instead of getting all depressed about not making it to 25 lbs. I set a new goal to push me until the last day. I had decided to try to lose 15 by Sept. 1st, and right now I'm at 14. I'm exercising like crazy, and really watching the calories to make it. I'm now able to run 1/4 of a mile, which has been a goal that I've had for about 10 years. I really felt like if I could accomplish that, then I can do anything. I've also started the Slim in 6 program to tighten up, and work my upper body and core...stay tuned for the results of Thursday's weigh in!!
