EPC 3 - Day 27 & 28 [8/28, 8/29]

I can't say I was perfect this last few days, in fact I KNOW I wasn't. Sunday I was semi stuck in the house due to the hurricane and Monday I tried to accomplish ALOT of cleaning. I could have made better food choices (like I DIDN NOT need to make cookie dough) and should have pushed for exercise. On a positive note, I can say that I am happy to be starting up school again and will be on a more solid schedule..YESS!

:::UPDATE::: Day 27

**Nutrition: Stayed within my calories, 1617, but could have eaten much healthier!

**Fitness: Week 3 - 2 out of 3 runs complete! Forced myself to run after being in the house all weekend...thanks Hurricane Irene!

**Motivation: Keeping everything clean still...

On a POSITIVE note: I know I still have it in me and have not given up however, I need to get the exercise ball rolling...

I am GRATEFUL for: Keeping our power...soooo many of my friends/family lost theirs!

::::UPDATE:::: Day 28

**Nutrition: Stayed within my calories, 1640, but probably forgot to track a few Life Saver Gummies...ooops!

**Fitness: Week 3 - Last day 2 out of 3 runs complete! No fitness today.

**Motivation: Filled a whole garbage bag of clothes to give away/give to my sister...YESSS! And installed my new LCD TV =) Holllla at watching Jerseylicious on HD!

On a POSITIVE note: I will spend the last day of summer babysitting the boys on Tuesday.

I am GRATEFUL for: Having this job for the summer....definitely got me through!
