My Progress After Week #1 of Back on Track Plan

I prepped lots of food for the week on Sunday. I ate fairly good last week - with a couple of pizza slip-ups due to a funeral on Thursday and entertaining friends with MORE pizza AND cocktails on Saturday night.
I've been generally staying around 1400 calories and this week will try to stay below 1350 each day (pretty easy when eating clean) except Friday for J's birthday lunch and party.
As you can see - I am down 2.2 lbs since last Tuesday weigh in. I also checked my measurements - which were all up by approx 1 inch (.5 inch on arms) since my last Measurement in March. Note the importance of weighing in and measuring regularly!
My workouts this week: Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat for a total of 2500ish calories burned. I am hoping for another 2 pounds lost by Saturday.
