At one point I was writing my eating rules every day. Thought I had it nailed, but have slipped back into sloppy habits. So here goes--clearly I have to write them down.
Eat when hungry, stop when satisfied
Eat at the table, without distractions
Drink 8 glasses of water
Put fork down between bites
Pour snacks into a bowl
Chew food thoroughly
Eat anything you want--only half of the bad stuff.
So hopefully this will make me more mindful!
