A busy to fit in my exercise?

Tuesday, August 30, 2011

This is the last week before school starts. There is so much going on, I don't know how I will be able to fit in my cardio workouts. It makes me sad to think I might not be able to do them, but with the hubby gone and needing to find a sitter around the schedule I have I don't know what to do. I have a treadclimber downstairs, but I LOVE the treadmill at the gym so much more. I don't know what to do...

I have been doing good at logging in and getting points! Its funny how the small things like that are fun...but it also gets my mind in the healthy mode since I do a lot of this right away in the morning. Who can not think twice about what they are eating after reading some of those articles?

Today's goals....
...Track my dang food!!! I have done it once, I can do it again!!!
...Do my quickfire challenge...100 jumping jacks in sets of 20 or 25...should be easy...should be
...Drink my water...this one is a no brainer!
...Reach 75 spark points for the day

Another thing for today...I am out of cigarettes...and with the hubby gone and three kids I don't forsee myself being able to get any today. This is going to be my time to quit. I plan on still going out to the garage like I would, but going out and doing those dang jumping jacks instead of smoking...remove one habit and start another see the plan emoticon Lets just see how it goes...

Time for some breakfast and on with the day...good luck to all and keep moving!

awesome idea to replace the smoke breaks with jumping jack breaks! Talk about maximizing your lifestyle change :) Good luck with quitting - my DH quit cold turkey shortly before our oldest was born; he celebrated 12 years cigarette free last month :) You can do it too!
