I am not liking that I am in a plateau. It is starting to be demoralizing. I want to make my magical brownie cookies to make myself feel better, but I know that will ruin me even more. I need to get over this plateau. I am trying to mix up my work out, but it's hard to break the rhythm that I have gotten used to at the gym. However, I have started to do some strength training and today... I realized I can do a new yoga pose that I wasn't able to thanks to some new muscles!

So plateau... I will try to let you not affect me cause I know that soon you are going to be valley.

    Congrats... what a great attitude. We all go there, some faster then others. Perhaps, instead look at the amount of flexibility you now have and inches lost.

    Plateaus can be very tricky to navigate and keep your motivation up. If you are changing up your fitness routine that is one great step. Another you may want to look at is what you are eating. Sometimes making diet changes can help you bust a plateau as well.
    Keep up the winning attitude and ask for support from your team and spark friends if you feel you are losing the battle emoticon
