I signed up for the 10-day marathon challenge. I'm not sure I'm going to make it. I've taken the first two days off to rest. Of all my goals, this one is the lowest priority. I'm glad I've learned from SparkPeople to listen to my body and keep going rather than charging full steam ahead until I wear myself out and give up entirely. Slow and steady! emoticon

    2.6 a day for 10 days. That is quite a challenge if you hare not really a runner. Slow and steady is right.
