Hi there heather!
i totally understand the consistency factor. My issue is weekends, and i had a bad week last week.
But ive been deal with the same 5 lbs since ive started here a few months back (boo)
I think i found my drive and i made a mini goal im trying to reach now, so hope that works.
My 2 older kids went back to school this morning, wondering if they are having a good day. Even though they can get aggravating with the arguing , i really do miss them already. I usually do the school supply shopping right when the supplies start going on the shelves, this yr the clothes aspect took alittle longer then normal, and last night i took them both to get there hair done.
I truely believe you can reach your goals, it sounds like you have made wonderful strides! Be happy with what you accomplished. I have about 50 lbs to lose myself. Im not looking at the end goal result right now, im looking at my mini goals, It will empower me to strive harder for them.
