well i worked out this morning. for about 50 minutes. did my situps after my workout. like i always do most times. been not keeping up with weight watchers but i judge how many points i have eatin. because i'm to lazy to write it down but i know how many points i've eaten in a day. but will start fresh this monday today. and keep up with writing down points as well. that is all for now.
