well worked out this morning.

well i worked out this morning. for about 50 minutes. did my situps after my workout. like i always do most times. been not keeping up with weight watchers but i judge how many points i have eatin. because i'm to lazy to write it down but i know how many points i've eaten in a day. but will start fresh this monday today. and keep up with writing down points as well. that is all for now.

    emoticon I know sometimes our lives can be hectic and we don't feel we have time to keep track of ourselves and how well we are eating and exercising, but it's very important! I know Weight Watchers is a good weight loss program, but have you tried tracking your food on the Spark People website? They have a wonderful nutrition tracker. It's basically the same as weight watchers except you track nutrients that your body needes and the calories that you are taking in. It is wonderful! I have been doing this a year and 7 months and I am so greatful I found this website! Hang in there because you are worth it! Have a blessed day! emoticon emoticon
