    Girly you just have to take care of yourself and love yourself, and in doing so you will be happier, regardless of what happens in a relationship. Raising kids and keeping a marriage together is such HARD WORK in the best of times, and there will always be ups and downs. Hang in there, and you just take care of you first and the rest will follow. Thanks so much for the comment on my blog as well...I can definately relate to the hurt feelings over the weight and wanting to get back at someone and show them that you can do it, and look and feel great!

    Jillian, I am sorry you and your husband were hurtful to one another, unfortunately this can happen in marriages. You are worth doing this because you are worth it. I understand the part about who you are and who your body says you are two different things. What is the one thing that will help you on your journey. Your list seemed huge of things you want but very overwheming. I pray your outcome will be a lose of the ten pounds you are so wanting and expecting. Blessings!

    Arguments happen in marriages. My husband and I got a little bit of cabin fever with each other with the hurricane this weekend too. I'm not one to give marriage advice, but show him what you have! You can do this!

I know how frustrating it can be to have lost the weight, gained it back, and now struggle to lose it again. It seems so much harder the second (or third or fourth) time around.

Some of your four-pound gain can absolutely be from that darn Chinese food, all the salt and what-not that goes in it. Drink lots of water to flush it out. (I love chinese food too!)

I am here for you, friend, to listen, to help, to just be a support.

    I am sorry you had such a bad week
but I think you have set some great goals - 175 is s reachable goal and if you track what you eat and workout 20 minutes a day I am sure you can do this!
the only thing i would offer is - don't do this out of revenge or anger, do this because you are beautiful and wonderful and YOU DESERVE THIS !!
try not to get down, I know how tough that can be.
But you really do deserve this.
Stay strong and keep going.
