Blog Post #122 - Welcome to Onederland!

Oh happy day! I have reached Onederland! I weighed in at 199.8 lbs this morning. Also, this is the first morning where I feel that my dress pants are baggy on me. SCORE!
This means I have a whole week left to lose 0.8 pounds. I’m fairly confident that I can do that. Actually, I KNOW I can.
Things always go better for me on weekends. I get so hungry sitting at my desk all day and there aren’t enough distractions from the hunger pangs, so I usually give in and eat something. On weekends, I run around so much that I can easily consume fewer calories.
I’m excited about reaching my very first goal. My reward was a new book. I’ve given it a slight amount of thought and I think I should make my reward a productive one. Once I reach my goal, I’ll go to the book store and try and find an interesting book on weight-loss and/or nutrition. I find the topic interesting, and it will also be a motivational tool for me to reach my next goal. But I mean, if I stumble upon something much more appealing, I’ll opt for the latter choice. It’s my “reward” after all.
I’m also pretty excited about updating my weight ticker on my SparkPage. I love seeing how close it is to the finish line right now but I want to keep moving forward. Hopefully, all of this will happen within the next week!
