Week 2

Conitue to do what I am doing this week, and drink more water. I have got myself to about 32 ozs. I must try to get up to 64-71

I am very proud to say I walked everyday last week and did ton sof walking yesterday....

I stepped on scale this morning and I am down about 4 lbs
