Last week wasn't so bad. It wasn't the greatest either. :) I got some good workouts in. I took a much needed rest day. I indulged a little too much this weekend.
Last week's schedule:
Mon 22 – Fire 30 / Stretch 10
Tue 23 – Lean Circuit 3 / Walk
(Done 2.5 mile walk)
Wed 24 – Rest OR ReCharge / Ab Burner
Thu 25 – Walk or Run
(Run 3.5 miles, Brazil Butt Lift Abs - 10 minutes)
Fri 26 – Burn Circuit 1 / HIIT 30 / Stretch 10 (START of Lean For Life phase)
(BC1, HIIT 30, 20 minute walk = 1.5 miles, did some stretching)
Sat 27 – Fire 45 / Extreme Abs
(Fire 60, Stretch 10)
Sun 28 – Push Circuit 2 / Run
(DONE, 3.5 miles run, ReCharge)
I didn't get in two days of Abs. I felt kind-of lazy and just didn't feel like it. I spent extra time on the treadmill this week because I borrowed Brazil Butt Lift from a co-worker and wanted to watch the workouts. I am glad I never bought it. I think it's a great workout program but I don't see me sticking to it like I do with Chalene Johnson. I did one of the Ab Workouts because I wanted to get some abs in but didn't want to lay down and do crunches all sweaty after my run. I don't feel it was challenging enough. It was fun though and I wasn't bored!

Wed - Burn Intervals / Extreme Abs
Fri - Burn Circuit 1 / HIIT 25 / Stretch 10
Sat - Fire 55 / Stretch 10
Sun - Push Circuit 2 / Run / ReCharge
This weeks goals:
- Do Burn Intervals (I figured I can try and do it every other week. I don't "hate" it but have to be in the mood for it)
- Limit my "treats"
- Get at least two ab workouts in this week!
Last week of August and I want to have a good one!
