Last week of August will be a GOOD one!

Last week wasn't so bad. It wasn't the greatest either. :) I got some good workouts in. I took a much needed rest day. I indulged a little too much this weekend.

Last week's schedule:
Mon 22 Fire 30 / Stretch 10
(DONE)
Tue 23 Lean Circuit 3 / Walk
(Done 2.5 mile walk)
Wed 24 Rest OR ReCharge / Ab Burner
(REST)
Thu 25 Walk or Run
(Run 3.5 miles, Brazil Butt Lift Abs - 10 minutes)
Fri 26 Burn Circuit 1 / HIIT 30 / Stretch 10 (START of Lean For Life phase)
(BC1, HIIT 30, 20 minute walk = 1.5 miles, did some stretching)
Sat 27 Fire 45 / Extreme Abs
(Fire 60, Stretch 10)
Sun 28 Push Circuit 2 / Run
(DONE, 3.5 miles run, ReCharge)

I didn't get in two days of Abs. I felt kind-of lazy and just didn't feel like it. I spent extra time on the treadmill this week because I borrowed Brazil Butt Lift from a co-worker and wanted to watch the workouts. I am glad I never bought it. I think it's a great workout program but I don't see me sticking to it like I do with Chalene Johnson. I did one of the Ab Workouts because I wanted to get some abs in but didn't want to lay down and do crunches all sweaty after my run. I don't feel it was challenging enough. It was fun though and I wasn't bored!

This weeks schedule:
Mon - Fire 30 / Abs 10 / Stretch 10
Tue - Lean Circuit 3 / Walk
Wed - Burn Intervals / Extreme Abs
Thur- REST
Fri - Burn Circuit 1 / HIIT 25 / Stretch 10
Sat - Fire 55 / Stretch 10
Sun - Push Circuit 2 / Run / ReCharge

This weeks goals:
- Do Burn Intervals (I figured I can try and do it every other week. I don't "hate" it but have to be in the mood for it)
- Limit my "treats"
- Get at least two ab workouts in this week!

Last week of August and I want to have a good one! emoticon

    Feeling lazy? You sure seemed active to me! I'm super impressed that you're able to do so much during the week! I've heard that TurboFire is no joke. emoticon

    I'm with Cheryl, that was quite a week of workouts...even with a rest day.
Looks like a good week on tap!
Limiting treats is definitely something I have to do, too.

    sounds like a great plan! Woo Hoo!! My goal is to do the Inferno with ANGEISBACK and then do TF and Chalene Extreme hybrid after that!!! I will have to write it down and put it in my blackberry - can't wait now that my foot is feeling much better. Have a great week!
