It takes TIME to change your lifestyle, but you must MAKE time & FIND TIME to change your lifestyle.
It is impotent to FIND time and MAKE time to exercise. I have three suggestions to help you to create exercise as part of your lifestyle..
1. Exercise early in the morning before you start your day.
2. Workout before you go back home from work or school.
3. Exercise whenever you can.
I personally think that creating a workout schedule is a great way to stick with a weekly time to workout.
Losing weight happens one choice at a time. Make every choice count!
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me to win.
