I am about to start a new school year. . . nine months till I finish my bachelor's degree.
I am finally back in the exercise groove. I have a 3-pronged circuit routine I can do at home.
1 - Lateral thigh trainer
2 - Dumbbell dancing
3 - Floor exercises
I logged 190 minutes of exercise in the last 4 days. My goal is to log at least 420 minutes (7 hrs) every 7 days.
The community college campus where I attend my classes has a gym that I can access for only $16/semester. Even I can afford that on my limited budget. I am excited!
I am going to try to let you know how I am doing every 2 weeks. Doing it everyday is too much pressure for me. But I hope to be diligent this fall!
