Okay I have never blogged before ever here or anywhere else so please bare with me
I stink at tracking and I want to do better I do watch what I eat and work out but without tracking I miss out on seeing where I need to improve and with the slow weight loss I need to improve.
When I started wanting to change I weighed 258 LBS that was Dec 2007 I never really had a weight problem before I got put on bed rest with my 3rd child (2005) and went from a size 10 to a 22 in no time. I thought it would fall right off like it did with the 2 before but it didn't and hasn't so for the first 2 years I just went with it then after my world fell apart and I had to look long and hard at myself I was ashamed at what I has let happen to my health and body. So I started to change what I felt I could like no more energy drinks (I loved'em) started walking not eating what I knew I shouldn't but not really putting in the effort I should have. I did lose and maintain a loss of 54 LBS to date.
I am now 204 lbs and can wear a 14/16 in jeans but I don't feel healthy and that is what I'm after so I came here I love sparks!!! I now need to use and learn all the great tools it offers and get to know all the wonderful people. My goal is to get to 154 lbs but mostly just find me again and enjoy my trips around the sun God has blessed me with .
So Starting now I will sign on daily and track and if need be someone please send me a virtual kick in the butt if I start to slack !!!!
