Hi all I'm really excited to have joined the Chair Exercise team. Yes I can still do some exercise in the regular standing way but it is soo limited. This team is a very nice and supportive team. I'm looking forward to be able to build up enough strength to do the other things that I want do. Like going for a walk with my husband without being in intense pain after a very short distance. Actually being able to attend activities with friends. Right now I don't get together with friends because I can't do the things that they do. Our first challenge that I joined will be a virtual walk through the Rocky Mountains in which I live by. I have been to several of these places. So it will be easy as I'm walking on the treadmill to envision these places. I will be able to meet my goals more successfully now and be a healthy and happier person.
