i printed it off and start today
my aim is to beat the time on my last 5k walk jog
my hope is to be jogging all the way around.
i enjoy the program because it helps me realize the importance of rest days
and to do other things like swim and cycle.
i have struggled with the cycle bit and need the confidence to cycle out
and not be afraid i can't cycle back, hilly wales here see.
i am going to use my cross train days constructively to work towards fitness.
i am beginning to change shape and feel healthier and that makes it more real for me.
i measure once a month but haven't weighed as i don't want it to be the focus.
before i started here i was weighed at 22 stone which i don't really want to emphasize.
as i am feeling so amazing right now. focussed completely on tracking and sharing all
the good information and friendship and support here.
i know i'm not 22 stone now simply because i can wear smaller clothes and move about easier.
i had given up before. thought oh well i've had a good life and just had no real goals or purpose.
but now i have every purpose and many new goals.

life is becoming an adventure and i see i may be able to do many things i would like to.
focussed on running the race here.
