I love that your doing so great. Keeping weight off after ANY diet is difficult to do, so you are doing this right.

Well my Dear One, you may have pushed past the comfort zone today?? Like you said we will see what the scale says in the morning. More toward the sodium levels in the foods.
Darn I wish you could have found the Coconut Butter, but if you really want to try some and can't find it, make your own.
Use a fresh coconut and take the meat (the white part) and process it in the food processor until it becomes a spread like almond butter, it will take a while but you can tell when it gets to spread consistency. It will be soft when it comes out of the processor but when it gets below about 70 or so degrees it will be hard, so you will know. To soften put it in a bowl of warm water to get the spreading consistency again.
Best wishes on the weigh in tomorrow.
I would love to help you on your quiz tomorrow but I am not a DR. so I would not know the answers. I am sure you will do fine your a quick study and retain information very well.
(((HUGS))) Sandy
