    Hang in there! You have done SO well on this protocol!! I watched all your past Vlogs and you lost an INCREDIBLE amount of weight...the most I've heard of any female losing in a long round, from all the blogs and vlogs I've read and seen. emoticon emoticon

    Well my Dear One, you may have pushed past the comfort zone today?? Like you said we will see what the scale says in the morning. More toward the sodium levels in the foods.
    Darn I wish you could have found the Coconut Butter, but if you really want to try some and can't find it, make your own.
    Use a fresh coconut and take the meat (the white part) and process it in the food processor until it becomes a spread like almond butter, it will take a while but you can tell when it gets to spread consistency. It will be soft when it comes out of the processor but when it gets below about 70 or so degrees it will be hard, so you will know. To soften put it in a bowl of warm water to get the spreading consistency again.
