Need more Freggies!

I am in a challenge to get 5 Freggies each day this weekend and today I am at 1 1/2. We had an early supper, so I am off to scour the kitchen for fruit and I have left-over green beans from last night.

    I will have to try the kale or spinach. I usually do strawberry, banana and peanut butter.

    My favorite way - is to add kale and spinach to my smoothies. That plus blueberries, banana, date....
Or 1/2 a green apple and a banana - yum!
