Hey friends- I wanted to give you all a glimpse into my refrigerators, pantry, and freezers to get an idea for the kinds of foods I like to keep on hand at all times. I go grocery shopping every week for fresh produce, and maybe once a month make it to Sam's Club to stock up on things like frozen chicken breast (I buy a 10 lb bag in 5 oz portions), fish, paper-products, and other staples in my home. Today happened to be one of those days where I didn't need much besides loads of produce!
So, let me know if you have questions or anything. Enjoy snooping around with me as I work on cleaning up my diet! There are still "unhealthy/unclean" things in my pantry and fridge, but not too many. I keep SOME things on hand (like lots of cheeses, some deli meats, and low-calorie bread, cereals and occasionally chips or crackers) because my hubby asks for them and eats them regularly. I don't eat these things TOO much, but enjoy my low-cal low-fat cheeses. ;)
Lots of food prepping on my agenda tomorrow!
