Insanity work out after HCG

Unfortunately I have had to cut my HCG diet short b/c of a last minute trip that I have to take. So I am slowly weaning myself back to normal foods. I am following the maintainence part of the diet now and can say I am very very very happy to get back to eating normally. I love diets like this because when I go back to eating normal my portions are smaller and more often. All in all I am happy with the shortened diet I lost about 8lbs I plan on probably gaining back about 2 which is fine for now...

I have wanted to try the Insanity work out for a long time but just kept talking myself out of it. Too much money, I am capable of doing work outs on my own, I have tried Beach Body before and it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth blah blah blah. Obviously I need some help. So I ordered this work out and should have it by the time I get back and then can start it then. I LOVE my Bodyrock.tv exercises and I think they are great for maintaining and toneing but not for losing the kind of weight I want to lose and I think Insanity is along the same lines as bodyrock just longer work outs.

I also am obsessed with my Xtendbarre work outs but there is only 1 DVD out and no classes in my area so I can only do that work out 2-3x a week without getting bored. I have a great routine for maintaining after I am done with Insanity. I am really really excited for this work out and hope to have my goald met by the Holiday season so that I can make good choices during the time.

  Good luck with your new workouts.

It upsets me every time I read about someone doing the HCG diet because I've seen how much harm trying to exist on that 500 calorie plan has done to people I know and care about. It seems to be going well for a while, but then they run out of energy and start getting really sick.

And with your new workout plan, I know you can reach your goals without having to do HCG or any other extreme diets!
