Day Forty Eight/Fifty Days

Saturday, August 27, 2011

Happy Saturday to all of my dear sparking friends. I am unable to post the way I normally do today because the computer I am using (my mom's) will not let me save or upload any pictures. But I will not let that stop me from getting my word out for today.
My word today is progress.
PROGRESS: The development of an individual or society in a direction considered more beneficial than, and superior to the previous level.
Advancement in general.
Today I will stay on course with my abstinent and healthy eating. I will make good PROGRESS in my weight loss journey by simply staying the course.
Have a great day everyone.

Hi Carolyn, I love that word: Progress, not Perfection! Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. The thing about the cookies... it was an impulse purchase but it was not a craving. It's not like I've fallen off the wagon because I don't deny myself anything... I think it was more of an experiment or curiousity thing... they were o.k., but they weren't "all that." But thank you for caring.... I'm still in this for the long haul... progress! Take care, riva emoticon emoticon

Ahhh you let nothing stop you, I love that.
You are making the best progress ever just because you are a positive person.

Thank you Carol for keeping me on my toes.

    Hugs Mary
