Yesterday I was really down about my weight and my body and mostly my inabitlity to do anything about willppower.

So this morning when I woke up my first thought was how nasty fat I am!! Then I thought....serioiusly are we going to do this EVERY DAY!!

So I went into the kitchen and decided to make a CHOICE about my breakfast and **gasp** track it. was surprisingly easy to track! I ate 187calories and made sure to add some protein so the fullness would stay awhile.

Feeling a bit empowered here!!

    As soon as I posted yesterday we lost power for ten hours!! Unreal...the one day I decide to post:(

Tracking is hard, isn't it? I really think eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch will be key for me. As a teacher, that will help me since I have so many other t hings I need to think about.

    I feel you. I've been through the same thing. The tracking is the hardest. But, emoticon
