Think I'll inquire at the gym about getting paired up with another member for the month of September and see if I can be more consistent in my exercise. If that's not possible, I'll plan to go to daily classes at least 3 times a week. What I really want is
1) to do more strength training
2) to not focus on the scale ... but to see improvements there as a result of consistent effort
3) to establish a routine and see changes with a partner that will keep me motivated.
Sometimes the journal and measurements are not enough. Having a buddy will get me to the gym because it will keep me accountable and add that social aspect I crave.
